Privacy notice

VenueReady is run by AppHatch, based in the UK. This notice explains how we use the details you give us when you join the early access list.

What we collect

Your name and email address, and if you choose to give them, your venue or organisation and your role. We also save the result of the tier checker so we know which features matter to you. The checker answers themselves are not stored.

Why we use it

To email you about VenueReady, including when early access opens. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

Where it's kept

Your details are stored securely with our database and hosting providers. We keep them until you ask us to remove them or we stop running the early access list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@usevenueready.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
